mcdonolds will not be allowed to own the ranches that raise their beef....  

starbucks will not be allowed to own the farms that grow thier beans....

amazon will not be allowed to own the distribution network....  they can fund an INDEPENDENT distribution network....  it just cannot be a wholly owned subsidiary....
