no HORIZONTAL integration....

eye will not allow companies to be in multiple lines of business....

amazon will not be allowed to be the largest retailer and the largest grocer and the largest cloud network....

for one....  this allows companies to use a cash cow....  like cloud computing....  to fund a loss in another industry....  like online retailing....  to undercut their competitors....  with a long-term approach....  of putting their competitors out of business....  so that they can eventually DICTATE pricing in an industry....
